Salads, bowls, juices and more delivered (or picked up) every Monday evening. This is NOT a subscription service. We will not automatically charge you for anything. Only pay when you want, for what you want. No penalties for skipping a week or two :)

All bowls are vegan & gluten free. All dressings are homemade and all juices are made in house.

how it works:

Every Monday morning a weekly menu is posted. Our menu is always changing, so you have something new to look forward to.

(We do have a couple signature items that do not change).

Order online Monday – Friday for pick up or delivery on the following Monday. Ordering for Monday Meal Prep is closed on Saturday and Sunday

Orders will be delivered on Monday evenings between 5pm-9pm OR they can be picked up Mondays from 2-7pm only at our market in downtown Bethel.

There is a $50 minimum for delivery meal prep orders.
There is no minimum for pickup orders.

We deliver anywhere in Fairfield County including Milford, New Milford and Southbury! Delivery cost varies by location.

Please specify any delivery instructions with your order.
